Pax-Kent International was established in early 1980 with three Directors: Swedish, English, and UAE national respectively.
The company is still owned and managed by the founding Directors, but is now transformed into a Limited Liability Company under
UAE Law with a share capital of AED 3,000,000.00 (US$820,000.00).

Our company's main activities are Project Management, Consultancy, Architecture, Turn-key construction and Trading.
We undertake Project Management/Consultancy Services for any kind of construction. Our major projects so far are those where we in close co-operation with the client, from the basic business idea, have developed purpose-built distribution centers, cold stores, and factories located from Athens to Jakarta with a concentration on UAE.
Our strength is designing buildings with energy saving capacity and low maintanance costs equipped with the lastest technology. We provide vertically integrated Logistics and manufacturing centers that use sofisticated racking installations for handling of goods, computer systems, machineries, trucks, office interiors etc...
As our aim is to deliver a fully functional solution to our clients, in such projects, we act in the capacity of:
